Foster used dating apps to trick unsuspecting victims to help him elude authorities in southwest Oregon, and police have offered a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.

On January 1, 2023, Foster murdered an elderly man, Richard Barron, and his caregiver, Donald Griffith, in their home, which was 700 feet from where Siemens lived, according to the documents.

Foster was found by authorities hiding in Siemen’s home later that day and obtained a warrant to enter the property.
